In order for RIDLEY COLLECTIONS to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, if you wish to return any of the goods you have purchased, please make note of the details below before contacting RIDLEY COLLECTIONS directly.
IMPORTANT: When sending your return back to our online department, please ensure you keep your return tracking number as proof of return.
To return an item to RIDLEY COLLECTIONS, the following must be adhered to or it may result in your goods not being refunded, a delay or your return not being approved.
All returned items must be:
  • Unworn and in their original condition with tag/s attached
  • Returned within 10 days following receipt of the goods.
  • Returned with a copy of the invoice & a copy of the attached form filled out.
  • All jewellery as well as bags & belts may be returned for a credit note or a full exchange only.
  • Sale items are non-refundable. However, we will offer an exchange/credit note if returned in line with Returns Policy
  • Goods must be returned to: RIDLEY COLLECTIONS, PO Box 5508, GCMC, QLD 9726 Australia
Orders cannot be refunded, or exchanged in stores.
Once we have received your return, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive an email upon completion. Please note there may be delays during busy periods i.e. Sale
  • If you wish to exchange your goods for an alternate item, please contact a member of RIDLEY COLLECTIONS who will first confirm whether your item is available.
  • If you do not contact one of our team members before returning your goods, this may result in a delay of your exchange or possibly a refund if the item you are after is not in stock.
  • Goods can only be exchanged once if they are not fit for their purpose.
  • A self-addressed express (or regular) post satchel must be provided with your return so that it can be sent back as quickly as possible.
  • We advise returning your item by tracked delivery and to ensure you keep your tracking number until you have confirmation that the exchange has been processed.
  • Upon receipt of your return, we aim to process exchanges within 1 - 3 business days of receipt. If your exchange is urgent, please contact our Customer Service team on (07) 5571 1672 as we will be able to deal with your request quicker.

  • Credit notes may be issued in place of a refund if the item is an accessory or a sale item.
  • These can be redeemed in store or @ for a six month period.
  • Credit notes are not redeemable for cash.

  • If you receive an item and you believe to be faulty, you must contact RIDLEY COLLECTIONS immediately.
  • You must then pay for postage to return the item which will need to be assessed. If an item is deemed as faulty, you will be entitled to a full refund and reimbursement of postage.

  • In the event that an item is faulty and you do not wish for it to be replaced, you will be reimbursed for shipping charges incurred both ways (only applies to orders placed for a single item)
  • If more than one item has been purchased and one good is faulty, you will be reimbursed for the postage fees incurred to return the item only, given that a postage receipt is provided.
  • You will be required to provide a BSB and Bank account number for postage reimbursement.
  • In no other instance are you entitled to a refund for shipping.

Please check all address and order details BEFORE clicking confirm when placing your order as once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the address, product, size or colour due to the fast processes we have in place.You are more than welcome to post the item back for a return or exchange, please see our Returns Policy.

The Online store will process all orders placed before 12pm (AEST) on the same day (Mon - Fri) however during sale periods or if stock is unavailable and is required to be sourced from store, an order may be delayed by up to 10 days. In the case that an item is oversold, you will be contacted and provided with a refund. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day pending the above conditions.
If your order is urgent and it is a non-sale item, please contact the Online store with an enquiry via the following email,
Orders are dispatched by StarTrack which require a signature upon delivery, otherwise a card will be left to arrange a redelivery.
You will need to allow 1 - 5 business days for delivery, given there are no delays due to time of year or with the driver. (depending on your location)
Please keep in mind that Express Post is not necessarily overnight shipping, please contact for an estimated delivery time.
Shipping is FREE for all Australian orders when you spend over $100.
Orders placed to the value of less than this amount are charged a $10 flat rate shipping fee.
Delivery can take up to 5 to 7 working days but is fully dependant on the zone where you live.
